How To Earn Sample Advantage Dollars

Sample Advantage Funds are earned based on your 2023 Private Brand apparel purchases.ⓘ
Funds are activated on February 5, 2024, and can be used on apparel samples only. Unused funds expire December 31, 2024.

Sample Advantage funds can be applied towards all alphabroder Exclusive, Private, and Retail apparel brands. Apparel samples only, hard goods and drop-ship only styles not eligible. Brands include CORE365®, Devon & Jones®, Harriton®, North End®, Team 365®, UltraClub®, Artisan Collection by Reprime, BAGedge, Berne®, Big Accessories, Champion®, econscious, Headsweats, Lane Seven, Marmot®, Nautica, Puma®, Spyder, Swannies Golf, Threadfast Apparel, TriDri , Under Armour®, Columbia, Dickies.
Your Sample Advantage balance is located in the top right corner of our website with your cart totals.
Sample Advantage funds are calculated from your prior year's Private Brand apparel purchases. Samples, closeout purchases, and decoration charges are excluded.
If you have Sample Advantage funds available and do not see them, contact a Web Administrator on your account to update your settings to view and use your Sample Advantage funds.
Yes. Sample Advantage funds expire on December 31, 2024.
Your Sample Advantage funds are given to you in one lump sum at the beginning of the year.
The freight concession you have on your account applies to Sample Advantage orders. Your Sample Advantage funds are used towards your freight cost on your Sample Advantage order. Drop ship items are not eligible for sample advantage funds.
No, Flex Express is not an available shipping option in the Sample Advantage program.
Samples are regular price when ordering through the Sample Advantage program.
No. Your Sample Advantage funds are your limit. The Sample Advantage option will be removed from the product webpage once you use all of your Sample Advantage funds. There is not a limit to how many orders you can place. You can use the "Every Day 25 - 50% off" once your Sample Advantage funds have been used.
Yes. There is a 6 style/color/size (SKU) per order limit on all sample orders.
Sample Advantage samples and Discounted "Every Day 25 - 50% off" samples can be ordered at the same time if the products you select are different.
For example, you can order style 88181 in Black size Large using the Sample Advantage program and style G200 in Black size Large using the "Every Day 25 - 50% off" sample program in one order. However, you cannot order one quantity of style 88181 in Black size Large using the Sample Advantage program and one quantity of style 88181 in Black size Large using the "Every Day 25 - 50% off" sample program in one order.
Unfortunately, at this time, Sample Advantage funds are not automatically replenished to your Sample Advantage balance if you cancel an order. Please email [email protected] (1-800-523-4585) to have your Sample Advantage funds added back to your Sample Advantage balance. Be sure to include the order details in your message.
No, items cannot be returned when ordered through the Sample Advantage program.
Invoices are issued for your records. The "Dollar Amount" at the bottom of the invoice will be "$0.00" if your Sample Advantage funds covered your entire order or will reflect the discount if your Sample Advantage funds covered your order partially.
Conditions

Sample Advantage Funds will be applied at case price. Products are not returnable.
Limit of 6 pieces per style, size, color. Orders must be placed through the alphabroder website.
FUNDS EXPIRE DECEMBER 31, 2024.
