Here are the decoration methods available across our network of decoration facilities.
APPAREL SCREEN PRINT
Our most popular decoration method, screenprinting creates a soft, opaque and durable print. Our inks are the best in the business for vibrancy and comfort. This is great choice for helping team names, text and company logos stand out on apparel.
APPAREL HEAT SEAL
Heat Seal decoration is ideal for sports jerseys, designs & logos. We shape, cut and apply a thin vinyl to bags, apparel, and other flat surfaces.
SILK SCREEN
In this popular technique, our experts press your image onto the product through a tensioned nylon mesh. This gives imprints a paint-like appearance. Silk screen is favored by those looking for a sharp imprint with vibrant colors.
PAD PRINT
An inked image is transferred from a photo-etched plate to a thin, soft silicone pad, which is then pressed against the part. The pad can wrap itself as much as 180° around a small object, and ink coverage is excellent. One color is printed at a time and registration between colors can be tight.
4CP / SPOT COLOR TRANSFER
Imprinting for detailed and multicolor imprints for better appearance on certain substrates. Holds registration on a wide range of surfaces such as: insulated padding, PVC, nylon, neoprene, ABS and more.
DEBOSS / JUMBO DEBOSS
A technique for leather and other substrates in which a metal die is created from artwork. The die is then heat-pressed into the material, leaving an image of the artwork in a recess creating a classic sophistication.
LASER ENGRAVE
A clean, polished appearance. Light burns away the surface to reveal the substrate. Works best when the item's surface is a different color from the substrate. A contrasting black imprint can be created with Laser Oxidation when the surface and the substrate are the same or similar color.
VIBRATEC
Delivers high-resolution photo-quality images on a broad range of products. Make a bold statement. Artwork Requirement: (CMYK) Four-color process.
EMBROIDERY
A traditional method of decorating textiles with needle and colored thread. Available for select caps, apparel, bags, blankets, towels and aprons.
