Pick-up

• All transactions are prepaid or net terms. We can not accept payments at the time of pick up.
• Items are available pickup three hours after your order is placed. Orders placed after 2pm local time will be available for pickup next day.
• Changes are not allowed to a pickup order when you arrive to pick up your order.
• No returns will be processed via the Pickup Room. Please process returns online and follow instructions provided via email.
