Brand Unification

We're uniting our businesses under one brand and website to enhance our go-to-market strategy and expand our offerings. While the new brand name is still being decided, integration will begin in Q2 2025 for Canada and Q3 2025 for the U.S. Once complete, all ordering will move to the S&S website, and the alphabroder site will be retired.

alphabroder is exiting the apparel decoration business. To ensure this is a smooth transition and ensure you do not encounter any business disruption, please see the key transition dates below:

For the time being, our two sales forces will continue to operate independently, each maintaining its own systems and methodologies. Continue to work with your assigned representatives, and should there by any changes, we will have a detailed process laid out to ensure a smooth transition.
Yes! At S&S this is called FedEx Hold At Location. You can find this option in checkout under the "Shipping Address" section on the left-hand side. Below the "Change Address" button, there is an option to "Click here to see if this order qualifies for FedEx Hold At Location". Once clicked, a popup will appear with pickup locations or a note if FedEx Hold At Location is not available.
The existing policies for S&S and alphabroder will remain unchanged until the integration of Canada business in Q2, and the US businesses in Q3 2025. Any updates or changes will be communicated in advance.
During this transition, our primary goal with pricing is to ensure consistency across the businesses, especially as we work to integrate them over the next six months.

There are many variables outside of this integration that ultimately influence pricing. At S&S and alphabroder, we must remain competitive, recognizing that our customers have numerous options to shop.

With this acquisition, our goal is to create the premier destination for apparel distribution a place where customers want to do business. We aim to achieve this by enhancing the customer experience, accelerating fulfillment times, and expanding our sales and customer service teams.

No. We will be maintaining the same deep inventory levels you have come to expect from S&S Activewear and with our expanded network of distribution centers, you will have access to more inventory throughout the United States.
Overall, S&S activewear has already committed to maintaining 10 distribution centers in the United States which is two more than S&S had prior to the acquisition of alphabroder and is continuing to invest heavily in automation and technology to support these facilities ensuring we remain the industry leader in order accuracy and on time shipments. We are also evaluating opportunities to open facilities in new regions to further enhance our ability to deliver goods to our customers quickly and efficiently.
Our goal is to bring together the best of S&S and alphabroder to create the industry's most comprehensive and high-quality product offering. To achieve this, our product and merchandising teams are carefully reviewing the combined portfolio of brands and categories. This process will help us streamline the assortment, eliminate redundancies, and deliver a curated selection that covers all your needs while maintaining a focus on quality and variety. We're excited about these enhancements and will keep you informed of any updates as they are finalized.
We are taking a phased approach to our distribution integration, allowing for a slower rollout to ensure our service levels remain top notch throughout this process. That, paired with our now expanded distribution network and industry leading investments in automation and technology, we are positioned to continue leading the industry in order accuracy, on time shipments, and speed of delivery.
Customers who integrate with alphabroder via EDI/API will need to transition to S&S EDI/API by early Q2 2025 for Canada and early Q3 2025 for the US.Click here to see detailed information about the transition.
The following alphabroder integration options will be available through the end of 2026:
  • Promostandards
    • The S&S version of the AB PromoStandards endpoint will be available 3/15/25. On 7/1/25, all PromoStandards traffic will be redirected to this new endpoint.
    • This intended to be a short-term bridge until you convert to the S&S REST API or PromoStandards endpoints. You will be required to switch to an S&S API Key and endpoint URL within 3 months of the 7/1/25 cutover.
    • S&S' existing PromoStandards is being enhanced to to support additional data elements currently supported by alphabroder.
  • alphabroder API
    • S&S will support alphabroder API starting on 3/15/25. On 7/1/25, all alphabroder API traffic will be redirected to this new endpoint. This is intended to be a short-term bridge until you convert to the S&S REST API or PromoStandards endpoints. You will be required to switch to an S&S API Key and endpoint URL within 3 months of the 7/1/25 cutover.
Prime Line hard goods will continue to support PromoStandards for Product and Inventory. Future support for Purchase Orders is planned for 2025. Hard goods customers using alphabroder endpoints will need to migrate in early Q2 2025.

Yes, the entire assortment of Prime Line promotional products is available here. You may continue to place orders using your alphabroder account via email and through the alphabroder website.

Please note that Prime Line's Fresno, CA, and Harrisburg, PA decoration facilities will be discontinued this spring. Our Gaffney, SC, and Bridgeport, CT, decoration facilities will continue to operate as usual. The last day to order Hard Goods from Fresno, CA is Friday, March 28th. The last day to order Hard Goods from Harrisburg, PA is Friday, May 30th.
