Starting July 1st, restock fees will be waived for returns under $1,000 that are processed through our online portal. Orders $1,000 or more will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Our current return policy can be found here. You may process your return online via the My Account page, linked here, or contact our Customer Service Team at (800)-523-2155. When you call, please have your invoice ready, along with the style number, color and quantity you want to discuss.
If you are on net payment terms, your combined credit limit from both S&S and alphabroder will be maintained or increased.

Customers can order discounted samples through their assigned Sales Rep or through our Customer Service Reps by calling (800)-523-2155 or emailing orders@ssactivewear.com. We offer 50% off owned brands which include: CORE365, TEAM 365, Harriton, Devon & Jones, and North End and 25% off all other brands. Additional conditions apply, call or email for more information.
S&S offers a similar shipping option called FedEx Hold At Location. During checkout, you'll be able to choose from a number of FedEx pickup locations near you to pick up your order.
We are working on updates to allow customers to reserve inventory when it is out of stock, to ensure they can get the goods they need once inventory becomes available. This functionality will be live in Q3 of 2025. In the interim, customers can leverage our Out of Stock Notifications. Simply click the "Notify" button on the product page to be alerted when goods are back in stock.

Facility Updates

15 Distribution Centers Nationwide and World Class Automation - now with the largest DC network in the industry we have expanded coverage, deeper inventories, and enhanced service nationwide. Additionally, we are evaluating the possibility of opening new facilities, particularly in the West, to better serve you.
