What's to Come in 2025

Brand Unification

After thoughtful evaluation, we have decided to combine our businesses under one unified brand and a single website. This streamlined identity will allow us to deliver a more focused go-to-market approach, along with expanded product and service offerings.


While a decision has not yet been made on the combined company's brand name, the integration of our brands will take place in the second quarter of 2025 for Canada and the third quarter of 2025 for the United States.


Once the integration is complete in both regions, the alphabroder website will no longer be active and all ordering will transition to the S&S website.

Product Unification

The majority of the alphabroder product line will be available on the S&S Activewear website by the end of the first quarter of 2025. This will streamline operations and enable our partners and customers to transition smoothly to the S&S systems ahead of the complete integration scheduled for the third quarter of 2025.

We will continue to share updates as decisions are made, including milestones and timelines. Our foremost goal is to continue offering you exceptional service without any interruptions. Customers who integrate with alphabroder via EDI/API will need to transition to S&S EDI/API by early Q2 2025 for Canada and early Q3 2025 for the US.
The following alphabroder integration options will be available through the end of 2026:

  • X12 integrations
  • Legacy API
  • Select EDI files (you will be notified if we need to transition you to common file)
Prime Line hard goods will continue to support PromoStandards for Product and Inventory. Future support for Purchase Orders is planned for 2025.
  • Hard goods customers using alphabroder endpoints will need to migrate in early Q2 2025.

Yes, the entire assortment of Prime Line promotional products is available here. Although Prime Line has become a dedicated business unit to better serve our customers, the order submission process is not changing currently. alphabroder is exiting the apparel decoration business. To ensure this is a smooth transition and ensure you do not encounter any business disruption, please see the key transition dates below:

January 15, 2025, 5PM CST - Last Order Date for Embroidery and Heat Seal
January 31, 2025 - Last Ship Date for Embroidery and Heat Seal Orders
March 7, 2025, 5PM CST - Last Order Date for Screen Print
March 28, 2025 - Last Ship Date for Screen Print Orders
The alphabroder Kansas City distribution center will be closing, with the final day to place orders from this facility on January 31st. Moving forward, orders in this region will be fulfilled from S&S's Olathe, Kansas distribution center, which will be accessible through the alphabroder website.
